I’ve been a loyal customer of Eric since his Fade Factory days and even followed him to his new business. I’ve consistently supported him, tipped generously every time, and respected his work. Unfortunately, today showed a completely different side of him—and it cost him a long-time customer. I had a 9:00 AM appointment and, due to unforeseen circumstances the night before, I knew I was going to be late. I had the courtesy and professionalism to text Eric to let him know I would be arriving late. He never responded. When I arrived, instead of a conversation, I was immediately chastised and told I “missed my appointment.” I acknowledged I was late and apologized, but before I could even finish speaking, I was cut off and told after stating I had a rough night, “That’s not my problem.” Tha

Been getting my fades with Eric for awhile now and he always gets me looking fresh till death. Never had an issue with the whiskey and craftsmanship of the cuts from the hair to my beard, it’s always super clean!! Definitely recommend going to my boy for all your haircut needs.

Tiny space like a 4x4 makeshift room. Owner threw a little fit after I was 3 minutes late even though I was the only one there. The cut was not good. For $40 you’re better off going to Supercuts or something. The owner Eric like coward edited his review as well. I tipped him 10 bucks because I felt sorry for him and now is bashing me as a customer. He obviously doesn’t know anything about business which is why he rents a 4x4 corner of someone else’s suite. His cowardly move to try and bash clients is his way of running his shop. I’ll pray for him.
