Venetian Nail Spa

It only takes one horrible nail tech for me to never go back. Even after showing a photo of what I was going for... my nails were just as long as the picture I showed her on the right, and I wanted to keep my length with just a little trim which I told her. She also almost sanded my natural nail down to the skin and I had to stop her. If you're going to go here. The techs get called out across the entire salon by a number and what the service is for by the man at the front desk. I wonder if the techs intentionally do a bad job to drive business down due to the way they are treated.

I’ve been here a few times and unfortunately each experience has been disappointing. The biggest issue is the cleanliness. During my pedicure they used a towel on me and then placed the same towel on the floor, which felt very unsanitary. At another point someone cut my nails while I was sitting in the pedicure chair and the nail clippings were flying everywhere. I’ve gone to other locations that were much more careful and clean, so I know it can be done better. But this location really needs to improve its hygiene.

She is incredibly patient, kind, and attentive to every detail. Ever since Kelly started doing my nails, I haven’t trusted anyone else. Her technique is flawless, her cleanliness standards are superb, and she always makes sure you leave completely satisfied. Absolutely top-tier service every single time!

Very rude and my nails kept chipping a day after getting them done and a day after getting them fixed. Received the partial refund for the color. Originally I was told I would get $30 back but then they told me they can only give me $23 back. The pedicure was great, but I will not be Going back

Q is the best! He is a perfectionist! He always does a great job and my gel always last longer with him. I've seen others and they are good but not as good as him.Highly recommend him. The salon is so good at getting people in and they are all very friendly and helpful!
