Venetian Nail Spa

At first I had a great experience and decided to come back….$134 for a very poor nail art…Judge yourself the initial tech didn't want to continue the job and changed me with another Technician.. she tried hard to match it but i would have liked to just tell me they cannot do it….I spent over 2 hrs for this.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! First they didn’t do what I asked, more like the guy told me what I was going to get even though the money came out of my pocket. Rushed job is a complete underestimate. He didn’t even clean my cuticles and as you can see the shaping is horrible, the acrylic is lumpy. If he didn’t want to do my nails, I would’ve accepted that over being treated horribly. Then they overcharged me. The guy snatched my card and tapped it for me before I could even ask about the total then proceeded to close the door and lock it because of I was being rushed. They owe me money and I will be reporting this business immediately. Stop taking advantage of people cause that’s exactly what they did. This place is absolutely horrible. The guy literally cut a chunk out of my toe cuticle started bleeding and it refused to give me a discount or help me in anyway all they could offer me is their disgusting house wine. Joke.

five stars all the way. i loved the vibe and the salon atmosphere •clean and pretty. customer service •on point. great selection of colors and reasonable pricing. not to mention, they did and always do an outstanding job on my nails. a+. definitely come here!

I used to get pretty acceptable results at the Boynton Beach location, but the last two times I have not been satisfied. The prices are always so secretive. I got a basic pedicure with one color gel polish and my bill was $45 this time. It used to be $35. My big toe has a scab where they over clipped the skin. The nails were not even filed just clipped jagged. My left and right aren't even the same length! My last visit was for Nexgen and the guy was slow, made them way too thick and over clipped my cuticles. 2xs too many
