I got my nails done with Tina! She is one of the best nail technicians I’ve ever had, will always come back to her. My nails are absolutely flawless. Her attention to detail is so refreshing! Im an artist so my eyes are specially trained to see imperfections haha but she killed it. Patient, kind, knowledgeable, gives tailored recommendations and have the health of your nails as a priority. 10/10! Thank you !!!

I have been going to Venetian for years! I have had various experiences with clinicians over the years but for the last 1-2 years I have been seeing Ivy and she is wonderful. My nails literally never break. I can go 3+ weeks in between sessions with no breaks or cracks. She always remembers the exact shape and length I like, she’s does efficient, quality work, and she listens! Management is great too, they remember me as a repeat customer and it’s just a nice, personal touch. I have tried other salons in the area before and none of them provide the same quality work for the price. I’m grateful I live right down the street and I hope Ivy never leaves! Lol.

I’m writing this review to help protect future clients. My nail appointment was rushed and completed very quickly because the technician had another client waiting. Shortly after, my acrylic nail broke during normal daily activity (picking up laundry), which caused my natural nail to split, bleed, and later become infected. This has never happened to me before. This isn’t an isolated issue. In previous visits, at least one nail has always broken shortly after the appointment, requiring me to come back and waste additional time. If you want to spend two hours getting your nails done only to have them break and need repairs, this is the place for you. Almost walked out with this super thick uneven lines for a pedi. My friend luckily was bold enough to tell them I didn’t like it & was told it was already dried & I should have said something sooner. She said no that’s regular polish you can just remove it & redo it (shout out to her) Tech was alil upset but did so. My friend ended up getting up charged due to “the size of her nail” for the gel pedi…. Never heard the size of a nail effecting the price of a service before. Won’t be returning

Have been going to Venetian for several years when I'm in town visiting Delray. In the past it was terrific. However, I will not be returning after today's visit which is very disappointing. It started with upcharges for certain fast-drying polishes and a very limited selection of regular polishes. We selected upgraded pedis which included extra massage and hot towels. The biggest issue was that the nail techs were socializing with each other during our services, including calling over another nail tech. This was more than a small chat with one another. I finally had to say something quietly to my tech half way thru the massage to try to salvage what should have been the best part of the service. She and the other tech did apologize immediately and focused on our services. The massages w
