Venetian Nail Spa

I’ve been going to Dila for my nails and she always does an amazing job. She’s quick but still really detailed, and my nails always come out exactly how I want them. They last a really long time and I never have lifting, which honestly is the biggest thing for me. She’s also super friendly and makes appointments feel easy and comfortable. The salon is clean and professional, and I always leave happy. I’ll definitely keep going to Dila and would recommend her if you’re looking for someone reliable.

I'm not even sure where to start this review because so much stuff needs to be corrected. At first glance (not being from the area) based off reviews and yelp and walking inside to a beautiful salon I thought I was going to be taken care of and she quoted me 110$ for my nails and 16$ for eyebrows. Eyebrows: she burned my skin off and waited way way too long for the wax to harden that it left me burns and scabs. I'll insert pictures during and after. Nails: Linda said she could do the designs but come to find out she could barely do the bow I wanted. She did do a good job on the flowers. However, when it came to the gel x application she didn't do anything right and I had to keep speaking up and asking for her to fix it and one time she just ripped off the nail and reglued it. the person i normally go to see to get my nails done wasnt able to make our appointment so i had last minute asked my coworker for any good recommendations and she told me about Dila. i made the appt online and was able to see Dila the next day. she was beyond excellent throughout the appt was always letting me know about the pricing of what i was getting, double checking how i liked the nails as she was doing them, and really took her time to get them perfect. i really appreciated her hospitality and hard work.

I'll leave out the little stuff but the main thing is, it was a Mom and daughter nail date disaster. After my nails (pedi/mani.) were painted I was told to go sit in a chair for them to dry...no light, no fan.. I trusted the process until after 15+ minutes later the polish was dripping off my finger nails. I also noticed my toes were still wet and smudged. I asked the front desk how long it usually takes and she said it takes over an hour for regular nail polish to dry and the cold effects the drying time so it may be more than an hour. I showed her my dripping nails and asked if they could just remove it. I ended up paying and leaving because I didnt want to make it a bad time for my daughter. I went in today wanting a cute and simple birthday manicure. I hardly ever get my nails done, but I chose this salon because it’s one of the highest-rated in the area. The place is super cute and has a relaxing vibe. I didn’t know you had to book online, but they were kind enough to squeeze me in. I got the SS05 Blush Pink (3 layers) short round gel manicure done by Dila.
