Venetian Nail Spa (Plantation)

I usually don’t leave bad reviews for businesses. I’ve done my nails here multiple times before. However today I chose my color, but while doing my pedicure she showed me a darker shade which I was fine with. I also thought it would be the shade for my manicure. I had shown her a picture of what I wanted. After she did the fingers which were supposed to be matte, I saw the deep in powder said ‘super black’ on the cover. That’s when I mentioned that it was a dark brown in the picture, that’s why I chose the color that I chose because I did not see a darker brown on the palette. She told me she thought that it was black and that it was too late. My nails look so random now.

I won’t be back here for $125. Went to get nails done for my wedding. They rushed through my mani and pedi and did sloppy work. One of them was very rough and hit my hand several times. I was uncomfortable, didn’t even offer a drink. At the end he insisted on me paying him even though the two cashiers were available. He asked for a tip. I did not tip my regular 20% because of the bad service but did tip around 10% which he did not deserve and he didn’t even say thank you. He said that’s it you are done. I walked out without saying a word. I had a much better experience. At the location I believe in pines so was looking for a similar experience to relax. NEVER again

They were wonderful and very accommodating. I came in from a torrential downpour. I soaked their chairs and floors. They were very gracious and welcoming. I got a mani/pedi that still looks brand new (from 3 weeks ago) and EVERYONE has commented oh how cool my nails are! She did some type of glitter rub and baked them like a gel. I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! They look spectacular! I will go there when I am in Miami. Love the people and the service!

I typically go to the Venetian in Tampa FL and expected the same quality of service despite there being different owners. I blame myself for not speaking up but I was exhausted and didn’t have my glasses. I was a walk-in and was serviced by Henry. The manicure job was very rushed and does not look professional at all. There is nail polish on and around my fingers and I am very upset with the quality of service given the price point.
