VENICE NAILS

l've never written a review before, but Venice Nails absolutely deserves one. They showed OUT. From the moment we sat down, the service was top-tier. Complimentary wine with fast refills, steam on my legs during my pedicure, and nonstop attentiveness throughout the entire service. The manager was dope-she personally made sure her staff was taking great care of us and immediately fixed anything that needed attention without hesitation. She even served the wine herself, which says a lot about the level of care here. They treated my lady with the same level of respect and attention, and the entire staff was genuinely kind, professional, and welcoming. Very disappointed with the service I received. I often come to this salon to do my nails/feet. However, I leave this time not only disappointed, but extremely frustrated. I told them numerous times how I didn’t want gel and wanting the color to match. They informed me that there was no issue. I even asked for them to please check the color again. After seeing the horror job that was done, the manager informed me the reason the colors didn’t match because my nails were gel. I didn’t even want gel in the first place, extremely upset and the price was no better. On top of the poor service, they charged me extra to clean and push back my cuticles. Will not be coming back.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. My 16-year-old daughter went in to get her nails done, and I stepped inside with her first to make sure she was okay before waiting in the car. When I came back in to pay, I was told her total was $85. What upset me most is that no one discussed pricing with her beforehand. When I come in for services, they always show me the price and explain what each add-on will cost. That courtesy was not extended to my daughter. As a young client, she should have been clearly informed about pricing before services were added. It felt like she was taken advantage of because she was young and alone. Today is Friday December 19, 2025 This was my 1st visit to Venice Nails and I had a really good experience. Katie did my eyebrows, lip, & chin wax and she was kind to me as well an older man who was moving around assisting other clients upon entry. Total: $35 Keep up the good work! The facility was clean and there wasn't an overpowering strong smell either. The only thing that I want to point out is I am not sure if they use those protective bags during pedicures because I didn't get my nails done. That would take it up any further in terms of a good rating. As long as they stay super clean and provide kind customer service I say this salon is on the right track.

They were wonderful!! The customer service was top tier. We called in to see if they could squeeze in 4 people. They squeeze us in and even stayed over. I love the quality of my nails. They were quick and thorough! Will definitely be coming back.
