I have been here a good amount of times previously but today in my pedicure I was extremely disappointed. I got the exfoliating one and got no exfoliation beyond the scrub and buffer for a few seconds. Then my skin was cut aggressively... It was so painful and then my nail or skin or something got ripped and cut out of my left big toe and it started bleeding pretty bad but she just put my feet back in the water.. hours later and ive been in pain all day and limping due to this. my toe is swollen and still bloody and red. I am in so much pain and i am so disappointed to leave this review. I also got a polish change and I couldnt decide on color and my tech was visibly annoyed. I felt bad and went with a color I just had and she didnt even cure them all the way nor fully cover with top coat

I’ve been coming to Yan at Venice Nails for a few years now, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. She’s warm, kind and extremely good at what she does. Yan gets to know her clients both in terms of preferences with our service and what we like, and also as individuals and who we are. She genuinely cares about the quality of service and well-being of all her customers, which is why I keep coming back. Thank you, Yan, for being amazing!

Her meticulous attention to detail and willingness to embrace new design challenges consistently impress me, making it impossible for me to consider going anywhere else. Additionally, I truly appreciate the welcoming atmosphere created by your staff. They remember clients by name, maintain a courteous demeanor from the moment you walk in, and provide convenient appointment reminders. It is refreshing to find a place where the phone is actually answered promptly, making the overall experience seamless and enjoyable. Thank you for maintaining such high standards of service. Thao is absolutely AAAMMAAZZIINNGGG!!! I highly recommend anyone looking for a nail tech who can do great sets, shapes, designs & fills to book an appointment with her ASAP because you will not be disappointed!!!!!

This is my second time coming here. Both times I have been assisted by Thu. The first time I went I got the orangey/coral color, mani and pedi both gel and my gel lasted 3 weeks with no chipping or anything. I will say she does a great job and I have been satisfied with her work. I will say, both times she has cut one of my fingers doing a manicure and I also will say she takes way too long, both times it has taken her almost two hours to complete a basic gel mani and pedi which is why I’m giving four stars, but overall, my two times coming here and getting a gel manicure and pedi with Thu has been great. Will update if anything changes.
