I’ve been going to them for years and they are absolutely amazing. They have a lot of workers so you don’t need to wait for too long even when it’s busy. This is probably the best set of nails I’ve ever had. They never pop off like other places. I showed Trish a picture and she was able to replicate it on the spot. Highly recommend, best spot in Fayetteville.

Hanna is amazing. She did so well and listened to my requests when I asked for certain things. She’s also very nice and super quick. It was $35 for my gel polish change with french tip and I honestly love them. I got them for my wedding and am super excited.

Customer service here was very pushy. I brought my girlfriend just before her birthday, and since it was close to closing we decided she’d only get a pedicure. She specifically asked for the $45 pedicure service, but the final bill showed: • Girlfriend’s Pedicure: $90 • Miscellaneous Fee: $25 Total for her pedicure alone: $115 Then, even though my girlfriend made it clear she didn’t want acrylic, gel, or anything heavy, they still pushed her into getting her nails done. When she realized she didn’t like the “hybrid gel” (which felt cheap, thick, and nothing like what she wanted), she asked them to take it off. She was still charged: • Manicure (just to take off nails): $65 For me, I asked for the $45 CLEAR GEL pedicure service, but I was charged: • My Pedicure: $60 Final total: $240 Th

I used to come here regularly but I am not sure what has changed recently with their level of customer service. I came in with a gift card by a colleague and she was accused of not paying for it and the attitude from who I am assuming is the owner was appalling. Even after calling my colleague and her sending me a snippet of the bank statement showing it was purchased on this day for the amount on the receipt, they made it seem like she was a crook. The proof was provided and they made it seem like they were doing me a favor for honoring it when again, the proof in the bank statement was provided. The way this lady was on my phone zooming in like the information on the bank statement was going to change. Stamped the same day she came in & purchases it. I am assuming the lady who cashed her

💯 BEST nails in Fayetteville. My artist Mya is fabulous and always works with me and my crazy ideas. Never going anywhere else. When i need to treat myself, this is money well spent.
