This was my first time & let me tell you —Alaina, did not come to play. She snapped, she slayed, and she completely blew my mind 🤯💅. I’ve had my nails done before, but these ya’ll! 🤌🏽 The detail, the vibe, the whole experience… unmatched. Not only is Alaina insanely talented, but she’s also just an amazing person to sit with. She took her time, explained everything, and the work she did was beyond anything I expected. My nails look incredible, and the whole experience was fun and relaxing at the same time. If you’re looking for someone who is not only insanely talented but also genuinely cares about her clients, Alaina is the one. I left feeling so happy and honestly can’t wait to go back. She’s the BEST.

I’ve been going here for awhile now and here recently a new girl (brandy Boling) was just hired doing eyelash extensions in the shop so I wanted to give her a shot, and I can not tell you how disappointing it was and very much regretful. When I tell you that this girl was so unprofessional I can not exaggerate. Not only was my service horrible, but she stayed on her phone most of the time arguing and going back and fourth with someone almost through my whole service. I do not recommend this girl! As to what used to be my favorite place to go to for any services, is now one I’ll never go back too. They need to let her go because she will bring this place with her.

Such a clean, welcoming environment. Very knowledgeable techs. My first time having Gel X & Alaina is absolutely perfect with her application & the retention has been WEEKS longer than acrylic. Highly recommend!

The worst manicure in my life, and for such a price... I have no questions about the application of nail polish, thank God it was applied evenly, and not in a huge greasy layer. The color is also wonderful, thanks to the master, we spent a long time choosing. But the manicure itself (and this is the cuticle around) is the most important thing! And it is terribly worked out, sticking out in some places, not cut in others. This is exactly why the nails look untidy. And I repeat that this is the most important thing. I also want to note that the nail polish flows down the sides of the nail plate a little, and it would be good to clean it out from there, otherwise it will harden in a lump after the LED lamp.
