My family and I have been coming here for years and I mean years..now my grandchildren are. I have followed Fabio, everywhere he goes and he is an amazing stylist and his staff is amazing. He does NOT burn hair as that person, Milos said.! Milos, I was there when you were picking on Gina, because she was the only one there.. You should be ashamed of yourself. Fabio, thank you always for finding time for me and my family, looking forward to another 20 years! :)

I'm changing my 4-star to a 1-star because of Gina. Today, 12/23/24, I called to schedule an appointment on Thursday the 26th with Tony, my stylist. Gina said, "The 26th is Christmas. We're closed." When I told her that the 25th is Christmas, she hung up on me. When I called back, she refused to allow me to talk with someone else, & there were other people in the store. I could hear many voices in the background. She said, "Can you come over here & check the book?" & hung up on me again. I've been a client there since the place opened. I was an old client from when they were on Allerton Ave. It's hard enough for me to get an appointment since they always close early. If this continues, I'm going to their competition down the street.
