The worst customer service ever ! I can’t believe how racist the owner is. My child literally picked up an item and he didn’t hesitate to let us know “ YOU TOUCH IT ! YOU BUY IT! I was confused at first then he pointed out how my niece had an item in her hand. I’m sure every person who steps into that store is touching multiple items but for some reason it was an issue with my niece. I proceeded to let him know I wasn’t planning to purchase that item and he replied “ It’s policy”. Mind you a sign or any noticeable policy post was not in sight. I left without the items I looked forward to purchasing due to his poor customer service and recommend other melanated beings not to support this racist’s business ! #SupportBlackBusiness

My boyfriend and I just Stopped here to pick up some things for me. Before we got halfway through the store and picked up one item, the customer service individual, Park, demanded that we leave because I dared to have my Service Dog with me. He said that “no pets allowed”. Hey service dog is far from being a pet. After multiple attempts to show him federal law on this subject he demanded that we leave the store or he would throw us out. This is blatant discrimination against disabled individuals with invisible handicaps. He said that he might allow a Seeing Eye Dog but seemed uncertain of that. My first time going into the store I live right in the area. I was looking for some powder acrylic and upon walking in, I noticed that it was well organized and very clean.no smell,no clutter. I was totally impressed the customer service was definitely an a plus Brian was very helpful with helping me.Even though they didn't have what I wanted, he assured me that they will be ordering a new line of acrylic soon. Overall I'll give this store five stars and I will be visiting again.

This is the best beauty store I've after been too. I'm from Texas stopping for a visit and they blew my mind with the selection of merchandise. The people were VERY nice and helpful. They gave great suggestions for hair we were buying. 10/10, I'm definitely coming back before my trip back to Texas
