1 Star only because I had to in order to give them a rating. Never in my life have I been treated the way these people treated me. I bought a Shea Butter and it was in bad condition, it was gummy and had a chemical smell, I went in to exchange it the next day… no matter how bad your product is, you will not be treated fairly.They did not return my money neither at least exchange it for me.I won’t recommend this store to nobody 👎👎👎 Worst of the worst

Such lazy and rude people in this establishment! They’ll watch the heck out of their customers, but won’t lift a finger to check on a products availability! We need more black owned beauty suppliers because we’re not appreciated for our culture contribution to their pockets. My money goes where I feel respected, otherwise kick rocks! Would not check for this 1 product “tells me to come in and look” 👀

It was my first time going to this beauty supply and I was impressed by their variety. I purchased the entire collection of “She mood color change” nail gel polishes they had and I love them. They are regular polishes so they don’t cure under the lamp but did well with my beetles top coat. They had purple, blue , red, pink and orange

Had to come twice. Came initially because the beauty supply store we wanted was closed, so this was next on our list. They didn't have the eyelashes we were looking for, but we got something close. We bought strip glue and a bottle of eyelash glue. The bottle was old, requiring me to return. The cashier attempted to give me another bottle, but we are not playing those games. I had her open it, and it was old too. Not 100% sure if I'll return.....

Venus is one of the best Beauty Supply stores on the west side of the city. The owner Mr. KIM & his staff are very professional & friendly. They have everything you need to look and feel beautiful! Stop by today!!
