Venus Nail

I had a good experience here. I had to come in for a quick pedicure in the middle of errands and they were able to accommodate me. Everyone was nice and attentive. The salon has massage chairs and they also do waxing in the front. I noticed they provide other services facials threading and lashes.

Do not get your nails done here! For starters, The young technician who did my pedicure was sick had no mask constantly wiping her nose with her arm, first red flag only had on gloves! Tools came out of a drawer which I’m unsure of sanitation should have been second red flag for me! she scrubbed the side of my feet where skin is which she shouldn’t even be. Scrubbed to the white meat literally! While working on it she was extremely rough and i felt like she was burning/scratching the hell out of me. I thought oh well it just a scratch it’ll be ok. She knew she made a mistake of some kind and it wasn’t visible to me yet, because she looked at another worker next to me as they were speaking Spanish and lightly giggled but switched to doing something else. Just had my first nails appointment with ANNERY this morning. The place is clean and organized. Service is friendly and the price is beyond good and fair for the service they give to you. ANNERY was more than helpful and such a perfectionist. I couldn’t believe how beautiful and PERFECT my nails looked once she finished. Will always keep doing them with ANNERY and would a hundred percent recommend Venus nail to anybody else looking for it in West Palm Beach area! Very very happy with my new babys😍🙋🏾‍♀️💅🏽

I usually don’t make reviews like this but I am beyond disappointed about the way my wife was treated at this nail salon. She went in to get her nails done and she had a terrible experience, the girl that attended her even cut my wife twice, granted it was by accident, but she never even said sorry for it. She took way longer than she should’ve, so she had plenty of time and was under no pressure and yet she still cut my wife twice… imagine if she was under some sort of time pressure. When my wife told the manager what happened, showed her the wounds on her fingers, and asked if they could at least give a small discount (for cutting her and the terrible service), the manager got upset and declined. We’re never going back to this place and definitely won’t be recommending it to anyone!!

Nicole has been doing my eyebrows for over a decade now and never fails at keeping my eyebrows on fleek. I always receive compliments for her work. I've been getting pedicures there as well for some years now and I am never disappointed. My most recent experience was with Gabriella and she is absolutely amazing. She provided top class customer service and ensured my pedicure was done to my satisfaction. The salon is taking the necessary precautions to ensure all customers and employees are safe.I will definitely continue going to this salon as I always walk out a happy customer. I would definitely recommend.
