Venus Nails

My first time at this nail place with a scheduled appointment and I was not satisfied with my visit. The work was rushed because another customer came in and did not bother to make the corrections because she had the other person waiting also charged for removal of nails when I’m getting a service that was rushed.

The environment is good ! My nails are beautiful, perfect shape and no mistakes at all, the lady was nice, just a little bit overpriced I paid $50 + tip for this simple set of nails, ouchhh

I’ve been a client since 2021 and never had a problem with them. I came two weeks ago for a refill. My nail set was beautiful as they always work, but when I got home it started peeling, so I went back to the place so they could fix it. This is the third time I come for it to be fixed… and no coming back. I used to drive 30-40 min just to get my nails done at this place, but this is unacceptable.

The work is self is not bad. It's actually kinda nice ,(besides the corners of my nails being so sharp) my main issue was I called Ahead of time, asked for a price and when I got there, the price was different. Luckily, I brought extra so I could tip them, Because had I brought the exact amount and nothing extra that would've been a bad situation.. I just don't like when businesses ease in an upcharge& swindle their way into a few extra dollars when if they would've kept the same price, they would've gotten more than what they got .. work 8/10 Customer service 3.5 /10

DO NOT GO HERE. Very unprofessional, The lady cut my finger & it was gushing & she thought it was funny, the red powder she put on my nails, she got it all over my fingers & when I asked her to please get it off because my hands were red, to get it off she literally used a tool TO PULL MY SKIN OFF, each spot that had red she pulled it off & now my nails are off, there is red on each of my natural nails. This place honestly needs to be taken down & sued. Will be making a video in regards to this on all my platforms. Talked to the boss of the the nail shop very respectfully trying to see what can be done & she told me “I should of have went to someone more good” & to next time pick someone who I know can do them, from my understanding when they had her do my nails I thought she was going to
