Vicky’s Nails and hair

Mr Quan is amazing!! He takes his time perfecting my nails every single time. I’ve never had my nails last longer than 2 weeks before, but ever since he’s been doing my nails, they can last 3+ weeks or until they grow out without breaking or chipping. Highly recommend this place!

Treated my family to pedicures/manicures on Father’s Day. They were very accommodating for my group. It was only one person working but they had other staff on call. They did a great job! We will return again.

Hours are listed until 8pm. We show up at 550 pm. She says they close at 6. I said “okay fine, we can leave that’s not a problem but just so you’re aware your Google listing says open until 8pm”. The gal working said “okay np, I can call someone to come do your nails. Just come back in 30.” So my friend and I literally walked around the parking lot looking at shops until 30 minutes went by. We go back to the shop And it’s locked…. And we wasted that time for no reason. Just say “no sorry.”

How do you have a 10 o’clock appointment but you don’t get to the shop until after the time. Have customers waiting for you. Then once you get there you have the audacity to tell me you have other customers and I need to wait an hour. Yet I had an appointment. So what’s the point in setting an appointment if you have to wait an hour. Then he’s gonna ask me if I could come back. Nope sure can’t Definitely poor customer and wouldn’t recommend. I see why they don’t have the same clientele as Nail Wrap in the same shopping center. They need to close up shop

I have been going to Vicky for almost a year now and she never lets me down. I love how patient she is and how she takes her time when doing my pedicure. She has a great personality and always gives great conversation. I won’t be finding another nail tech anytime soon. Highly recommend!
