How do you have an appointment at the other location at 10 am and that didn’t work out. So I called Vicky at here Irongate location and set an alarm at 7. She text me after we hung to confirm the time. So how come when I got there. She wasn’t there with a damn sign on the door saying to call her. So I called told her I’m at her shop. She said she’ll be there in 8 minutes. She lied!! I waited 21 minutes. And remember it was so damn hot outside. What is going on with being prompt with the time. Anyway she ended up doing my pedicure which she hurt my big toe I’m shocked it wasn’t bleeding. And after all that I didn’t even like her work it was so sloppy and she missed painting part of my nail.

DO NOT come here. Both the lady and husband are super RUDE and don’t have any type of customer service. They will yell at you if you decide or try to leave and try to hold you hostage to still get your nails done which is NOT worth it for the amount that was paid. 50 dollars for horrible quality and service. Better off going to escape nails and spa for that price plus fruit and wine.

I was pleasantly surprised here, because it doesn’t have great reviews and the place was totally empty and stayed empty while I was there. But not only was it a nice experience, Sam was incredible with her technique and flawless polish. My nails look great - definitely ask for Sam. She is so great and meticulous!

The customer service is good in the sense that they have a good attitude. However, not impressed with the quality of work with the gel polish and the manner in which they carried out the manicure. I personally won't go back.

I get exactly what I asked for. I’ve been going to her for almost 25 years.Even when I was out of state Vicky did a great jobb
