Looove Gilma. I always get the best haircut from her. Everywhere I go, be it in the U.S. or overseas, people always compliment me on my hair and ask me if it I had it done in Paris, Milan, NYC… Crazy. I just reply: I went to the mall. I’ve been to many so called fancy hair stylists and they never understood my hair like this woman does. She is sensational.

Went here with my niece who is 5yrs old. It was her first hair cut and she was extremely nervous. After informing her that there was nothing to be afraid and expressing she would love it, she finally agreed. I called to ask if they cut children and informed them of her age. They replied yes and it wouldn't be a problem. We arrived and they had one client and 5 people working. We informed them that this will be her first hair cut and I asked if I can get my hair done as well to help her with the experience. They had me sit in the chair next to her and never was assisted. I watch as this women ripped my niece hair and start cutting. they did not wash only spray then she blow dry to style. I was so mad and I know I should of spoke up but it was not my place since her mother was with her the w

I took my mentally challenged sister to get a haircut. There were 2 women working. No customers were in the place at this time. They were sitting in the back of the shop. I asked if my sister could get her haircut. The manager, I guess, asked a very heartless question. I ignored it because we needed to get her hair cut. It was 5pm and where we usually go had no appointments available. I'm not repeating what she asked. She is ignorant. Jenny, the girl that cut my sisters hair was very nice. She sprints it wet, no washing. She trimmed the length and the bangs. No blow dry. No styling. We were there maybe 10 minutes the most. Yet they charged $40. The prices were posted on the wall. I went in for a quick trim. Jennifer was my hair dresser. She was great. I can tell that she genuinely enjoys cutting hair and she made sure that I was satisfied with the length and shape. But the place was not clean and it almost feels like they are just trying to get you in and out. Scissors were not sharp and was pulling at times. A trim was $25 (not including tip) cheaper than other places. Only reason why I would ever go back is for Jennifer.

Ana is my favorite hair dresser ever. She’s so friendly and easy to talk to... I would never go to anyone else honestly. She is patient and willing to work with you with whatever you choose to do. I highly recommend her, I have been going to her for months.
