This is the second time I go and have a horrible experience. Location and aesthetics are great except for the work done with nails. The only reason I went was because my friend recommended me to Bryan and he was rude. Don’t get your nails done by him. He was rushing and messing up the whole time in doing my gel full set manicure. I waited almost an hour for him thinking he will be good since my friend’s nails are nice. Nope, he doesn’t listen to what you ask for he seems annoyed the whole time in doing my nails. He doesn’t leave a clean polished look. I explain why I didn’t like his job and showed him he fix a little bit but continued to disregard me while carrying on with the next client. Luckily, Amy saved the day was a delight and fixed his horrible job on how I wanted my nails she does

1. Index finger (the worst one) • The tip is too round • The sides don’t taper enough • The French is thicker on the left side, so it pulls the eye and makes it look almond 2. Middle finger • Shape is closer to stiletto, but the French tip sits too low • Because the black goes down the sides, it widens the nail 3. Ring finger • The point is soft, not sharp • The French line is uneven and thicker on one side 4. Pinky • Actually the best shaped one • The tip is sharper and the design follows the point better 5. Thumb • The French is too chunky, so it makes the nail look bulky

Went today for the first time recomended by a friend. The place is beautiful and spaceous and very clean. But the staff is very cold and dry. I walked in and the person in the front desk. No greeting. No hello. I greeted her and all i got was "what you need today". I asked for french tips. She said go to the first chair. The tech asked what i was doing. I said french tips please. She said "we dont do that". I was disapointed. I just got regular tips insted. I wasnt in the chair more than 15 mins. I feel like it was rushed even though it came out decent. While i was drying. My tech walked away and left me there. No thank you or have a good day. Just left there. I wanted to say thanks. But she dissapeared. Then the cashier said okay you done now. I said ok but my nails still feel sticky. Sh

I normally don’t leave reviews but I had to leave solely based on the sheer lack of customer service at this nail salon. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I got a gel overlay and upon not liking my gel nail color, asked the nail tech to please remove it. I was informed by the girl in the front that it would cost TWENTY dollars to remove a nail color, even though a top coat had not been added and I hadn’t left yet. I am well aware that removing a gel color requires an additional 5-10 minutes however, $20 is absolutely ridiculous. The actual gel color design didn’t even cost $20. I ended up leaving spending $93 on a plain gel overlay as a result. Absolutely ridiculous, will never return.

HORRIBLE PEDICURE EXPERIENCE. I usually come here when not able to book at the other establishment in the South Bronx as it’s closer to work. I Usually got my nails done w Angela, who is a lovely lady, or the couple who sits at the front entrance for nails only. I never get my feet done here and yesterday I tried to and it was horrible. I was serviced by Luca. The “technician” was rude, cut my pinkie ( pulled out half with the nail cutter, although I told him as he pulled it that was part of nail bed). He made fun and comments of the previous work, instead of focusing on his OWN moving forward… as it is why I am there for? To get my toenails done… or I’m confused? I kindly told him I was grateful for having my nails done previously and that it was the reasons I was there to get them do
