Victoria Nails

Want to say I appreciate that they had time to take me when I called in an hour before... Just wished I chose a different nail place tho.. Charged me 80 dollars for a fill in, and 21 dollars for a touch up... The first picture is what I got done originally, I broke the accent nail maybe 3 days later and went back to get it fixed thats the 2nd picture. The last pictures are within one week of me getting my fix up and the paint is chipping and there are bubbles under the nails. It has only been 10 days since ive had this set and I dont do anything forceful with my hands. Disappointed with the ends results and pricing.

Sad to have to post this but I would not recommend getting gel-x done here. The tech was so kind and they were able to get me in last minute which I was very appreciative of, however, I had some concerns about the extension lifting (which I voiced during my appointment) and she told me she would file it and that the nail was curved so that’s why it looked that way. This is the next morning (not even 24 hours later) they are lifting from the cuticle. This is the most expensive gel x set I’ve had & I have never had the extension applied this way anywhere else (some are on top of the cuticle and some are underneath). I called and let them know and was told she could look at it and services were non-refundable. I wasn’t asking for a refund, but now I will be paying another salon to remove this

Lovely experience & I will definitely be back! Le Le the owner & the kind other tech who did my gel pedicure were so meticulous & wonderful. The chairs are incredibly comfortable & work so well at massaging properly, the environment is calm, clean & serene, not loud or too frenetic. I love it. I also got very helpful advice to heal my nail bed because another nail place had damaged my nail causing it to separate from my nail bed, so this was literally a wonderful experience & I'm excited to go back!

I was never drawn to Victorias and I live 5 minutes from there. In hindsight..nowhere are their prices listed. The only good thing out of this was the back massager on the chair. Best I’ve ever had! Only the massage. The water was scolding, lady came to put cold water on. Almost filled up, someone comes over and drains to desired level. If there were jets, they were bare minimum. No conversation. I asked how long facility has been there.. she said “ I don’t know”. Maybe concentrating on my pedi? Paint job is awful. This was my birthday money, for my bday and a special event happening tomorrow. Once I sat down and was ready to have my nails painted. They were out of the color. Sent me over, I remained calm.
