This was my first time coming here and it was such a nice experience. I wanted vibrant summer nails and Kelly was so amazing. She is very kind and really gave me beautiful nails. She is very talented I totally recommend going to Kelly.

I’ve been going to this salon for a while. The first time I went was great, however it was a one time thing. They up charge everything without saying anything, they charge me 5 dollars to cut down and then another 5 dollars for a long nail. I have very strict rules in my jobs my nails cannot be longer than an inch. The blond guy in the front is so disrespectful it’s surprising how they have someone like him working in the front. Not worth a penny in my opinion.

At the rate of rudeness and disrespect towards paying customers they won’t last long. Mark my words! The big blonde guy at the front is very rude and dismissive. People need to stop going here! I’ve been a customer for awhile and they’ve gotten very hostile and don’t do things by the book. They violate so many codes. There are many salons in Brooklyn to go to be mindful how you treat customers. We make and break you. I could say so much more. Given the area they feel it’s ok to treat people of color less than others. Stop giving these people your money. They’re passive aggressive, nasty attitudes when you ask for what you want! I was knicked with the nail cutter and they act as though you shouldn’t say anything because I’m subhuman. They file the nails so hard into the skin it burns after

First time customer. Two friends recommended this nail salon so I decided to give it a try. James did my pedicure and Jack did my nails. I’d recommend them both. James was gentle and sweet. He even put my socks back on my feet after the service. I wanted him to do my nails but he only does pedicures. Jack (nail tech) is a bit rough but he is neat and does clean precise work. Although he’s a bit rough, he did not cut me at all. He made sure my cuticles were clean. A gel pedicure is $42. A bit pricey in my opinion. Some customers were drinking champagne as they do spa like services. There are a lot of workers so I didn’t have to wait even though I didn’t have an appointment. I was in and out in about 2 hours. The bathroom was extremely clean and smelled nice. They didn’t hag me for a tip or

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this has to be said: some of the female workers there press down on your nail with the drill, causing severe damage from over-filing. My freaking toe nails hurt and they’re RED from damage. That’s how raw it is. This is going to take months to fix
