Vida Bella Salon

Came by Vida Bella Salon today (9/24/17, a Sunday) so that my daughter could get her haircut. The hours posted on the door as well as online show that they are open until 4:00pm on Sundays. We got there around 3:30. The place was completely empty. We walked in seeking a haircut to get my daughter's undercut shaved really quickly (she literally just needs part of the sides of her head shaved) and the front desk gal said "Actually, we just closed." We reiterated that all she needed was for someone to just take clippers to the sides of her hair really quick, but there was no attempt to accommodate us. I understand that we didn't have an appointment (they do take walk-ins), and that they were closing in half an hour, but we were willing to give money to this local small business (which was tec

We went in without an appointment and Kathy was available for two washes haircuts and blow dry. She was so kind and took her time. It's hard to find a hairstylist with patience and giving you exactly what you want. I will definitely be going to her from now on to get all our haircuts. We loved her. She was quick and the price was extremely reasonable! You go Kathy

The customer service is horrific and they treat potential customers like low life scum. If you do end up going there ask for anyone but the old lady to cut your hair. She doesn't listen to how you want it and just cuts it according to how she wants it.
