Vida Nail

I was a regular client for years, since they first opened, and went through a few nail techs there who left with time. I stopped doing gel manicures to let my nails get strong again and only come in summer to get a pedicure now. I go when it’s convenient so don’t make an appointment and go with whoever is available. The past couple pedicures were disappointing, but the last one was the worst I have ever gotten. Rushed, sloppy and zero effort into cleaning and applying the nail polish. One of my toes you can see is missing nail polish on most of my nail. Pretty sure she beat a world record for fastest pedicure

Fast. Rushed. No attention to detail. I came here because my regular lady that does excellent RUSSIAN manicures was unavailable. Believe me I rarely leave bad reviews out of anger. They need to train their staff to be more meticulous, put in effort; instead this is a factory type environment for maximum # and low quality. 4 day update: This is literally 4 days after I paid 70+$ for the manicure....entire nail came off. Now, you might be thinking, what kind of manual labor I was doing? I was making the bed -_-.... see photo attached. This is what happens when they use cheap chemicals and bare minimum effort.

Bonnie was great, my mom and I like her a lot. she’s accommodating all of our request. The facility is clean and staffs are well-trained, well-communicated with us, making sure we are happy with the color of our nails. A very good nail salon in the area, we havs have been back many times, will definitely come again.

They gave me claws so sharp I could have used them as a fork and then went ahead and made me pay $30 to fix their own mistakes, they yelled at me for not saying anything during the process but I just tried to trust the process . Definitely will not go back
