Villa Nail Salon Mansfield

Not a good experience at all. I came here and selected a gel pedicure and manicure. I had to ask 3x times the price for the design I wanted and they kept trying to deflect my question. As I was getting my toes done they then started on my nails (Kel) she rushed through my nails and even burned my cuticles and fingers. The acrylic on my nails was not even applied evenly and there was gaps on the side. I then went to another artist to get my nails how I would like them (gel) because they had been done in powder which is not what I asked for or selected. The second artist did decent however there is a hair under my nail paint and the underside was not cleaned. I had to ask her to go back and remove the excess paint/acrylic from under my nails. The top coat on my dip manicure is very streaky and patchy. It was applied haphazardly and I didnt know how bad it was until I got in my car and saw it in the natural light. I was hoping this could ne my new regular nail salon but I dont think thats going to work out. Also, I came in with almond shape, asked for almond shape and left with oval. Finally, the product was not applied across the nails. It doesnt have a smooth apex and looks lumpy head on and on my middle finger the product has already chipped off on the edge. Its just not the quality that I expect, unfortunately. However, the facility is nice and the pricing is good.

Mary is absolutely amazing! I requested Hawaii themed nails. She really took her time to make sure my nails came out perfect. The detail in the design is flawless from the sunset colors to the palm trees and jewels, everything looks so creative and neat. I’ve gotten so many compliments already! She’s professional, friendly, and makes the whole experience relaxing. If you want nails that are beautiful, unique, and long lasting, Mary is definitely the one to book with.

I started going here last year when I went to go get my nails done for prom- I tried to do my own nails, failed, messed up my cuticles and went to them and they helped me so much, so the cuts in the first picture are entirely my fault and took a while to heal. They are very attentive and super kind to me and whoever I bring with me. After I went the first time for prom I started going every month.
