Okayyyy, I love it here! The salon is GORGEOUS😩 As soon as you walk in, it feels luxe and welcoming. The pedicure chairs are comfy and have massage features, so you’re relaxing the whole time. Plus, complimentary drinks? Say less. The nail techs are all so professional, sweet, and seriously talented. I’ve been coming to Villa Nails since 2019 and they never miss. Every time I bring an inspo pic, they nail it (literally). I always leave obsessed with my nails and already booking my next appointment. 10/10 every time! Picture included for receipts! Came to get a pedi and dip with my friend. Our pedicures (volcano spa) were Wonderful. For Dip Manicures: Very disappointing amount of color options; Most of which are similar in color. Maybe 10 total. We showed our designs to the techs (after the manager told us to) and they could not properly advise what services/technique we needed to do to get the desired inspo pic. Overall we were VERY DISAPPOINTED. Yoyo could not understand what almond shaping looked like. She continued to make a narrow pointy look and took so much length off that I had to ask to file them myself. The look of the dip is thick, clumpy/blubbly, and bad quality. The service was rushed and UNPROFESSIONAL. Very POOR quality and service. Not sure if they lack experience or are just bad during busy times. Don’t recommend y

I went to get nail dip for Valentine's day. They did not have the pink chrome color available. The woman who acted like the manager at the front desk said to pick a red color and they could add a powder to make it look like the pink chrome. As nails were getting done I kept saying it looks peach not red or pink. They said this color is Red! They then charged 53 for the dip, an extra 10 for chrome topping, an extra 10. for the heart 5.00 to file the nails and a convenience fee. What?? Then the when I acted surprised that it was 80.00 for simplistic dipped nails she Loudly exclaimed "Tip is not included". If you go here forget what you have learned about colors because red is peach and pink is purple. Nail salons high end price for dipped nails in the area is currently 50 with design total (

I absolutely LOVE Villa Nails! The nail techs are incredibly kind, professional and they are great at what they do! They are very skilled and talented and efficient. From the moment you encounter the staff, from calling in to meeting them in person — they take great care of you. It’s the ONLY place I get my nails done in this area. I drive 30 minutes to get my nails done here because they always take care of me. I always love my nails. My nails are beautiful, strong and healthy because of my nail tech. Great service! Great experience and they are timely. And the venue is always clean and the interior design is very nice. Book your appointment!

This was the worst experience I’ve had at villa nails I’ve been going for almost 2 years now and let’s start with how back in April Mai cancelled my appointment on my birthday and I had to find somebody to do my nails short notice which is very inconvenient. With this appointment I just had her attitude was completely different mind you she had pushed my appointment back 20mins cuz she was running late and that already made it worse I asked for the Tortoise shell design was was give this in the pictures when she first started it looked like just dots on my nails I asked for more of the designs to make it look fuller and was she did it but it made it look blacker and I asked her to remove it she got a attitude and told me she was gonna tell me that but proceeded to not say nun and still do
