Service done on Wed. Oct. 1 2025: Don't come here. All I got done was having my acrylic nails taken off with no clear polish. The lady hurt me 3 times and made me bleed. The service was not only terrible but it cost me $30 to have a bloody finger. Over priced for shabby basic work.
I went in to get a gel fill-in on, acrylics. I called ahead to ask about prices (which were accurate), I also said I had a broken acrylic nail, which I needed a replacement nail tip and the guy over phone said they can do that. When I got there I mentioned to the nail tech that my nail was broken and I need it fixed. He in fact did not removed the original tip and just added acrylic base to "fix" it. To remove the base from my nail, he used cuticle cutters and started ripping it off, it hurt, especially on the broken nail and it left it red. the end of the manicure was good an d the color is pretty, but the way and order of things being done were not right. probably won't be going back
Extremely poor customer service. All I wanted was a polish change. Tammy acted as if she was so annoyed to remove my polish and gave me bad energy. I would not recommend this place. They tried to charge $15 to remove my polish I gave them $10. Tammy even talked in chinese to her coworker complaining about removing the polish. Disgusting behavior. $10 to do a horrible job at removing polish! Wow!
I just left this so called nail place. It’s horrible! My nails looked worse than when I first got there if that’s possible and then the lady cut me twice. She told me I was dry, sat me under the nail dryer which she forgot to turn on and left. I literally walked to my car got in and that was it. As you can see my nails were not dry. She was rushing to get to somebody else who was going to spend more money. I paid $60. I only gave a $5 tip and she really didn’t deserve that. I did get a pedicure which looked like I did it myself. I was told the pedicure was $35. Why did I only receive $25 as a refund? Meanwhile while I was getting my pedicure the lady and some guy that worked there were making hand gestures as to what to charge the person in front of him. This was my first and last time the
Horrible. I tried to give this place several chances for years at different times. My grandmother got fungus in her big toe at her first pedicure. They have made me bleed several times. My nails have been super thick and bulky. The wine, I saw them using box wine and mixing it with Hawaiian Punch for red and white grape for white wine. They were trying to sneak refill.
