Village Nail Spa

My first pedicure! And I was completely at ease and delighted with the entire process. The facility is elegant and the massage chair was superb!

I got my nails done on Saturday 9/13 and on 9/15 I woke up and they are already chipped, I am disappointed because not only was in the area visiting my parents and now have to drive 40 mins to have them redone and I have to fit time into my crazy schedule to have them fixed before I leave on Thursday for a trip but I also feel like I just wasted $53. I also feel that this place has upped the prices on everything but the quality has gone down….

Changing my review from a 5 Star. I went there today and the pedicure was fine, but my nails are so bad my friends are making memes of them! They are different sizes and directions some are flat at the top, and before someone asks why i didn’t ask for them to be redone I was in a huge hurry at that point. Now I will be paying for someone else to fix them. I’m all about multiple chances. The last time was bad too, and i paid another salon to fix them. I didn’t go for months and I came back for another chance because I have been coming here for years. I didn’t leave a review on the last bad time But this one is the worst I’ve ever seen my nails. Also since they didn’t send me to wash my hands until the end they painted over a bunch of the dust so on top of being bad shapes they are also bum

My boyfriend and I love Village Nail Spa in Southern Pines and gladly drive about 45 minutes to come here. The salon is clean, relaxing, and the staff is always friendly and professional. The quality is consistently amazing and never rushed. Totally worth the drive every time!

I’ve gave this salon three chances and everytime I have been disappointed. Each time my acrylics won’t last even a week, they start lifting, cracking, and falling off. I have NEVER had an issue with acrylics not staying on my nail. This last time it was only two days before my nails started popping off!!!! The techs always rush through and my At the end it looks no better than if I had press on’s. As you can see in the photos around my cuticles looks terrible and one nail has already lofted and there’s no new growth to my nails what so ever.
