Village Nails of Chapel Hill

This was truly my best experience so far, at a nail salon. I was a little nervous as a 1st time customer, who hasn't been to any nail salon for more than 5 years. This was the kindest and most professional place I've received service. In addition to the authentically warmest staff I've encountered; the job done on my nails and pedicure was an absolute wonderful experience. My nails and toes look amazing! I will indeed return, refer and bring others as well. Thank you all for your excellent service and pampering me like a princess! The mimosa was the cherry on top!

I always schedule appts with Tracy because she was initially recommended to me ~ she does a great job and I will continue to return largely for her above-and-beyond services. Highly recommend their services and fair pricing!

Pictures speak for themselves! Definitely not one of the better dip manicures I’ve gotten, and I get them monthly so I’m very familiar with what a good dip mani is. I walked out with glue all over my fingers, my nails the wrong shape (I asked for square with slightly rounded corners), poorly polished ends and sides of my nails, and glitter on the sides of my fingers. The dip was applied very thick and now my nails look like chubby little glittery sausages 🙃 Plus, the tech was reusing gloves that obviously had other polish on them. I would expect this quality for a $25 manicure, not a $56 (includes an up charge for cuticle care)

This is a very clean and organized salon. There’s about 10 pedicure chairs and 10 chairs for manicures as well. Nestled in a nice shopping/dining area. I enjoyed the neck wrap service but was in pain after an aggressive cuticle cleaning and trying not to hold it against them. It happens, but I hope for better for anyone else who goes there. We also had an appointment and one of us still waited 30 minutes after to start.

I can’t recommend village nails enough! Since they have opened I have had several manicures and pedicures here and I am impressed! It is very clean, calm, and the staff is very friendly. Unlike some other nail salons that play loud music I enjoy coming here to relax! Another advantage is how long the manicures and pedicures last. I’ve already brought my mom, daughter, and friends and they all love it as well! Tracy did a fabulous job creating a fun Barbie/birthday/summer pink flower mani based off a photo I showed her. I’m so glad to have found Village Nails!
