What I got vs What I asked for. Yes they are different than the picture but I love them so much, we decided to do a cat eye under the design to make it look more 3D. And before u say "those look nothing alike" the picture I asked for was a manufactured nail from DHgate so the design will look different because it wasn't hand-painted on there like these. Also don't look at my cuticles Mary DID NOT HURT ME, that is from my job and my nails being dry all the time. THANK U MARY FOR MY NAILS!!

Amber is amazing she always listens to what I want and she does such an elegant job! Everytime I come here it is clean and welcoming. This is my favorite Nail Salon 💅 in Anchorage. I am now a regular especially with Amber. I get Gel Polish on my real nails and they have helped me grow my nails out so well. I would recommend this Nail Salon to anyone! My son also got his nails painted as well he is 5 so he smudged them in the picture but they were great before haha 😆 I just had them do regular polish but they were so patient with him because of course he wanted ever color! I also have had pedicures in the past and anyone there does a great job. My husband had one today and he enjoyed it very much. Again super welcoming to all! Not to mention they have a loyalty program which is so nice

I got my first ever full acrylic set here about three weeks ago and was satisfied with the outcome. When I went back to get them removed, I was shocked when they cut the tip of the nail and started using her nails and a small spatula to PEEL them off😳. No acetone was used. One hand she filed some acrylic down, the other hand she skipped filing. I was shocked. The nail bed was shredded and damaged. They had to file the nails to get them “smooth.” She pressured me to get a clear coat to make them stronger. I feel this was used to cover the nail damage. Won’t come here again. Also, they don’t disinfect the pedicure station after each use and will reuse nail files🤮

I'm not quite sure what was going on here. I got a pedicure here a couple years ago and wasn't too impressed so I hadn't gone back. This time, I needed to remove acrylic and gel set (had them on so long the tips were pretty much gone) that I had on and I figured it's just a removal so I stopped in. They started with the Dremel which was fine, but then started snipping at a 90 degree angle down straight into the center of my nail and trying to wedge a knife in between my nail and the acrylic. I pulled my hand away and said aren't you supposed to soak these? After that, she looked at me like I was strange and then brought a bowl of acetone, let them soak for about 1 minute and then kept dremeling. I thought they're supposed to soak for like 15 minutes and then you push off the melted acrylic

Jimmy is amazing, I showed him a pic of the nail art i wanted and right away he said yes, I can do that. Thank you for making it happen! I like being able to walk in as well. Great service, relaxing neighborhood atmosphere. Highly recommend. I am happy 😊
