I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I arrived before several other customers and waited for hours while they continued to service people who came in after me. There was no communication or acknowledgment of my time. It felt very dismissive and disrespectful. The salon also appeared unsanitary. Tools did not seem to be properly cleaned, and supplies looked like they were being reused without proper disinfecting. Hygiene should be a basic standard at any nail salon. When I asked for dip powder on my toes — something that has been done for me there before by another employee — I was told they “don’t do that.” Instead of explaining politely, one of the employees became argumentative and dismissive. Came in Tuesday for DIP nails. Noticed today, I have 4 nails that are cracked!. I'm from out of town and don't know when I'll be back. Requested a refund, and was denied

The 2 ladies that did mine and my moms nails did wonderful. The price was very good. The service was very quick as well, got our nails done at the same time and took about 1 hour
