Kalie absolutely nailed it! Every single person I’ve shown has been completely blown away by how spot-on they match the Pinterest inspo pic. It’s been nearly three weeks and they’re still flawless—no chips, no breaks, zero issues. Of course, my nails grow like crazy, so I’m due for a fresh set… but I know exactly who I’m booking with next time! 💞

I had a great experience at Vinci Nail Spa. It’s very neat and tidy and clean. You’re greeted at the door and walked to your chair as the greeter carries your menu of nail colors and services. I saw a woman delivering bottles of water on a golden tray. Almost like you’re in a restaurant!!:). The hostess came around and asked people if they were having a nice service. I had a jelly pedicure( I think is was the Vinci Spa Pedicure? It cost $58) My nail tech was very attentive and always asking if everything was ok. I had Jess do my nails and she did a fantastic job! Great experience for my 2 and 5 year old. Kim did great with both of them. He also was able to copy some adorable nail art on my nails! 100% recommend! Kids were only $15!

Last straw!!! Tired of the BS from this place. (🚨DON'T GO THERE🚨) My recent experiences have consistently fallen short of acceptable standards, exhibiting a concerning pattern of disparate treatment and questionable billing practices. Look at my hands... super ashy!!! Specifically, I have observed a consistent disparity in the level of service provided to myself compared to other patrons. For instance, while other clients have received complimentary hand massages and beverage service, I have consistently been denied these amenities. The lady next to me gets offered a beverage, I didn't even get a greeting. I had to ask for a sprite and the man brought the can and sat it on the station beside me. Look at my nails... they tried to charge me for a cut down, design, and a LONG NAIL charge.
