Vinci nails Inc

The tech was very nice! She was so sweet. But this looks horrible… I got a full set for the first time in years since I’m a mom and they just look so rushed. I used to get my nails done all the time biweekly so I know how they’re supposed to look. She didn’t “drill down” the sides to slim them or blend them like a normal nail so in the photos you can see how they’re bulky and thick all the way to the skin, it looks horrible. They also are so flat, she brought all the acrylic to the outside of my nails and not the center. She hardly took a drill after the acrylic to blend any of it, it looks all rough and clumpy. Not smooth… I’m so disappointed since it cost me $75…

Called ahead for a full set. Didn’t have to wait which was nice. Rushed my nails. Zero cuticle prep. Just started drilling and I had to ask for my nail to be put on straight just for it to still be crooked. Got them done a week ago and they’re lifting already. Not sure if anyone knows but if you apply nails on top of dead skin they won’t stay... Wanted a classic French tip. It’s full of hair fibers from the rags they use. Paid $100. As a mom this was my only self care and I’m really disappointed.

They are nice and do a good job at least the one other time I have been here, but….. you have to wait a long time for them to make their way around and do other people’s nails while you wait in the middle of getting your nails done. They continued to take walk ins while I waited. I waited for the girl doing my nails to do an entire pedicure for someone who came in after me, with an appointment? That I do not know, and then she moved on to someone else. After an hour someone else came over and finished taking off my nails, then told me someone else would be over to do my nails. I left because I had a ride set to pick me up. Don’t say you have time if you don’t have the time. I waisted an hour and I left without nails, after they cut all of mine off. UPSIDE? This was my first visit as this salon, as I was meeting up with a friend. The reviews in this place had me confident enough to book an appointment for us. I’m not sure who everyone else used but we were both extremely let down by the three ladies who did ours. The two ( I did not get their names) who did my pedicure and the dip on my nails need some more training at least. The atmosphere and the people working there are extremely nice, my review is based upon work only. Starting with my pedicure. I injured my big toe years ago which broke my nail dang near in half. The healing fused my skin in the middle so I get build up there easily. I told the pedicurist that she couldn’t clip that nail but file only. She filed every nail instead of clipping. Hailey is the best nail tech there, she does mine and my sisters nails so good every time 😩. Shes always busy so pro tip make an appointment or come early in the morning !! Tran the owner goes out of her way to make each experience great. They will go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of even when they don’t have availability for the day of tran will always be great to set up an appointment and she always answers calls to take appointments. I’ve been coming here for years and will never go anywhere else.
