I am new to the area abd have been seeing my stylist for the last 6 years so I was nervous to go somewhere new. I fortunately stumbled upon this salon after reading reviews online and met with Tess. She is a great listener and helped me decide on the perfect length as I had not touched my hair since Dec 2nd. She did the perfect color and length. I am so happy with my entire experience that I booked out already months in advance! Thank you Tess for being so amazing!!!

I first came to Vintage Salon because I wanted to keep seeing Tess Klein — she used to do my hair in Boise, and now that she’s here in the Tri-Cities I’m so beyond happy. Tess is super talented and always knows exactly what my hair needs, whether it’s fresh color, a cut, or a cute and stylish blowout. I am in love with the curtain bangs she cut for me today and the color she added to my hair that gave me the dimension I was looking for. Every time I leave her chair, I’m totally happy with my hair. I trust her 100% — she’s consistent and attentive no matter what we’re doing. My experience turned out awful, I thought I'd picked a professional Salon. We even had a Consultation. I paid $374.00 . And wasn't happy with it. I thought they showed compassion when they told me to come back & they would do it again no charge. But, that's not what happened. Went back thinking positive, and they changed their mind, & I was walked out. I was crying cause I couldn't believe what a let down it was . They weren't compassionate at all, they basically don't care how they treat people. It was so sad . Im still blown away on how my situation was thrown out. It's like they lied to me about fixing it no charge. And, down the road I went. Bad place, No heart, or fix for screwing up.

I see Samantha for my hair and she is always professional and friendly! She's flexible if I need to reschedule and I always love my color! The decor in the salon is tastefully done and the free snacks and water while you wait are awesome. The owner has two adorable dogs who roam around and they stop and let you pet them 🥰

I have loved my experience at Vintage The Salon and can't recommend Amanda Dixon enough. Over the last 7 years I have visited a salon maybe 3-4 times, and only for haircuts. This year I wanted to find a hairstylist that I trusted and could commit to seeing. Vintage came highly recommend, and when I scheduled my appointment, they suggested Amanda. She is amazing! She listens to your requests, offers suggestions, walks you through what she'll do, and does an incredible job styling your hair, from cut to color. I have never received as many compliments on my hair as I did after seeing her for baby lights. I asked for natural, low maintenance dimension and she knocked it out of the park! Now, a few months out, it still looks great, which speaks to Amanda's skill.
