VIO Med Spa

Shelby and her team were wonderful from start to finish! I had the PixE laser resurfacing treatment done at VIO. The staff was fantastic and welcoming answering my many questions in detail and with compassion for my nervousness about the treatment and recovery protocol. I felt very comfortable going into it. As the treatment was in process, the aestheticians explained what was happening and what to expect with each step. My post treatment results were exactly as expected and I was extremely happy with the results. All in all it was a great experience. I can’t wait to go back for the second round. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Mel is amazing at what she does - hands down the best. She truly knows what she’s doing and always recommends what’s best for you - I trust her completely, which is everything when it comes to injectables. Her work is flawless, natural, and she makes the entire experience feel so easy and comfortable. The onboarding process with VIO was super seamless, and my first visit last week was such a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and is a place I can’t wait to keep coming back to. I haven’t tried VIO’s other services yet, but I’m already excited to in the near future, and their skincare lines are seriously top tier. Highly recommend VIO, and especially Mel, she’s the best of the best!

This was my first visit to VioMed and I was not disappointed! The staff and spa itself are so nice! I had Erbium laser resurfacing to treat my sun damage. Mel is the PA that provided the service and she was extremely knowledgeable and caring. I am on day 6 and am loving my results already!

I went in for a first ever Hydrafacial at V/O Briarcreek.  Naturally I was nervous as to the procedure itself and how my skin would react to the treatment. I found the staff to be very friendly and well informed. The esthetician was easy to talk to and walked me through the whole procedure. She monitored my skin throughout the procedure and was very thorough. I was extremely happy with how my skin looked and felt afterwards!

I saw Mel for some treatments and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She is so kind, honest and patient. I love that she explains things so well and gentle with her care. She will be honest and is not fake at all. She would never do something that isn’t safe or appropriate for you. This is hard to come by in this industry. She is the only one I will ever trust with my care!!! You NEVER have to worry with Mel!!!
