VIP Nail Bar

Me and my boyfriend always come here! The customer service and friendliness at this nail salon is amazing. Jon is the best massager I’ve ever had in my life! He was the best and will definitely make appointments to have him. He also did a wonderful job on the polish! I love this place so much 🥰

When I walked in I was asked to wash my hands. I said , “ok this must be their Covid precautions”. Fox News is ALWAYS ON. Maybe this is my therapy time to where I don’t want to be remind of the worlds issues. Toward end of my visit I look around I’m only person of color(customer) besides 2 nail techs that are maybe of some Spanish decent. There were people that came in after me were not asked to wash their hands. I’ve complained about another tech before. Let’s say customer lost. It’s like they don’t know how to approach black culture or people. I appreciate some techs but good riddance. Below is response from nail shop. Riddle me this, how does washing my hands with old nails on keep my new nails on longer. Doesn’t make sense. Look like to me washing my hands after prepping my nails

Once again I am more than satisfied with the techs at VIP Nail Bar. I went in today (07/20/2023) to get a full set, I also have a bridal dress appointment this weekend so I wanted to go simple but also have detail because that’s my thing. I had a reference photo and the tech immediately showed me a color that closely matched the one I was looking for. Asked if I wanted a coffin shape (of course) and got the length perfect the first time, I didn’t even have to say “shorter/longer please”! I cannot remember his name but he did amazing. Thank you VIP Nail Bar for the excellent and friendly customer service, casual feel, and AWESOME work! I will absolutely be bringing my girls here to get our nails done for the wedding ❤️

I decided to get my nails filled and re-polished after not being super happy with my last set from a different salon. I have maternity pics this weekend and asked for ivy green and gold and she definitely delivered. I forgot to get her name but she was at seat 11 and I'm super happy with the results!

First time manicure experience and was pleasantly surprised. Haha (I think that's how you spell her name) did a great job on my hands. Wendy took care of my mom's hands. The went through the extra effort to let us sit next to each other (because we rarely get to see each other) and we really enjoyed our visit with them and with each other. They were very nice ladies and even made us laugh. The service was great - they were very professional. Our nails looked great (even though I felt like there was no hope for my nails - they turned out beautiful with just a regular manicure and I left feeling better about myself)!!
