Very disappointed with getting my nails done here. First of all, they don’t speak English and it’s hard to communicate about how I want my nails done. Everything started cool, my nail technician seemed to be experienced and she knew what she was doing. But after she applied nail polish and top it became a disaster. It’s clearly UNEVEN and NOT SMOOTH all over the nail, looks horrible and no one seemed to be cared. They pretended it’s normal and maybe I put them wrong in the dryer (I’ve been doing gel nails for years). They decided to re-make with another tech, I agreed even if it was getting too late already. I go here every 2-4 weeks for acrylic nail services typically done by Holly. Shop is very clean and quality work. Friendly staff, and they can always do the decorations/ nail art that I’m looking for. Highly recommend. I also get a pedicure about once a month. Nothing fancy just basic. Always a wonderful experience.

I’m usually very critical whenever I get my nails done. But this set I had not one thing to critique. They came out absolutely beautiful and watching nail tech work was something else ❤️

i’ve been getting my acrylics done by Holly every 3-4 weeks for about 6 months and i’ve never been happier ! I show her a new inspo pic and she ABSOLUTELY SLAYS every single time. she’s the most thorough, perfectionist nail tech I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. and on top of it all she’s always done lightning fast and super fair pricing. won’t be going anywhere else as long as she’ll have me 💗

My regular salon was booked solid so I went here for an emergency gel manicure because of a next-day event. When I first sat down, the nail technician exclaimed, "Oh my god, your skin is so dry!" and made a super disgusted face. Yeah, I know it doesn't look good—that's why I was getting them done! As soon as we started, two other customers sat down on my sides to have their acrylic nails filled. The machine filing that they were getting released SO MUCH dust every where, to the point that I could sense it in my nose and throat. Obviously they are aware that this is a health hazard because all the techs were wearing face masks, and I would have appreciated it if they had offered me one as well.
