VIP NAILS

They always do so good and have such good service. The sweetest people and always remember me! Paid $55 and was done in less than an hour.

I'm only in town for a short time and really wanted a pedicure I called at 5:55pm and they got me in for a pedicure at 6:30. I didn't feel rushed. They truly provided excellent customer service. I called 4 places before them who either didn't answer the phone or couldn't see me. There were 3 ladies there getting nails when I arrived. Show this place love. They are hard working and really try to accommodate their clients!!

Was completely ignored. Lady started my daughter's nails, glued all her tips on. When the boy came in he took over she got up and wondered around doing nothing. Never asked me a question never started my nails. Another lady came in and she went over immediately started on her nails. I sat there for 30 minutes not even being acknowledged. When another lady came and took over once again I smiled at her and she rolled her eyes at me. She proceeded to pain huge blob flowers on my daughter's nail which looked not even remotely close to what my daughter asked for. I will say the young boy was super understanding with my frustration and fixed my daughter's nails but this whole expirience was a joke and we will not be returning.

The lady up there who did our nails was very rough with the file and caused me and my friend to bleed from it. Me and my friend got the same design and everything and some how I was charged 71$ and my friend was charged 77$. It took way longer than needed. We were in there for 3 1/2 hours because the lady kept leaving me and my friend to go to other people‘s nails even though we were there first. Never will I ever go there again. Most terrible nail salon I’ve been too in Bartlesville. When my friend went to pay The Katie Lady took my friends card and cashed her out herself and then gave herself a Five dollar tip.
