VIP Nails Blakeney

If I could give less than one star I would! Never been here before, but it’s in a very nice area of south Charlotte so I gave it a try. I mentioned it had been a while since I had manicure but the nail tech informed me she would do a dry manicure, I wasn’t sure what that meant but went with it. She did not dip my fingers in water or use a cuticle softener, instead butchered almost every finger with the SNS electric nail buffer. See pictures attached; making jokes asking if I wanted a lollipop for all the blood I was donating and saying to me “I bet you didn’t expect to come in and get surgery, I’m so sorry” management came over to take a look as well since it became quite clear I was in pain, but just kept asking if I was OK now that they had applied alcohol to each finger in case there co

After a less than stellar rotation through countless south charlotte salons, I’ve finally found my home here at VIP Blakeney. All of their staff is wonderfully welcoming, but Janice is next level in terms of the positive experience she creates for her clients. Thanks to her diligence and caring nature, I have been a happy recurring customer for almost 2 years now. VIP Nails is very cleanly and just overall well run. I’d highly recommend them to anyone!

Tia and Phoebe are amazing! They were both professional, friendly, and made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful, and they paid great attention to detail. The salon was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service.

I’m in my mid 70s and because I’ve used either acrylics or gels most of my adult life, I am now allergic to the bonding agents in gels & acrylics. I can wear only regular nail polish. * Most salons see regular nail polish as an item not often used and their supply is mediocre at best. Not VIP Nails. I was thrilled to see all the non gel and acrylic polishes. *On my first visit I received a polish change on my fingers and a pedicure. Once again, I’ve spent a fair amount of time in a “nail” chair and this young person blew me away with the level of expertise I received. I loved to this area almost 2 years ago and today was the first time I decided to give VIP nails a try. So happy I did! I will be back!

I have been coming to VIP Nails every 3 weeks for 3 years! Lance is my go to for SNS but I have never had a visit where I left disappointed or upset. I got my family to all go there. Super clean top notch pedicures! Love VIP nails 💅🏼
