VIP Nails

Came in an hour before closing. I understand it's late, but I refuse to go out of town with a broken nail and I was leaving that same night. Worked a 10hr shift rushed to get my oil changed and rushed to get my nails butchered. My fingers are still bleeding and sore! Gel top coat is peeling smh

Techs cant paint. Gel pain peels off within a few days or less. Very unsanitary when getting a full set or manicure. The quality of service is not worth the money. Find a different salon if you want professional work and better pricing. Do Not Recommend at al!

I'm unsure why so many people had a negative experience here.. My experience was excellent!! Valerie did my nails, I told her what I was wanting, she made suggestions and made it something I love!! I came at a time when they were not busy, so no wait. Honestly if you get your nails done anywhere, there are busy times and you will have to wait unless you have an appointment. I will definitely be back, with an appointment. Just to add, the environment was very clean, everyone was very communicative, and made sure my nails were exactly what I wanted.

Don’t go here unless you want the worst service and nails ever, or if you don’t want to get your fingers cut. The guy knew I wanted a coffin nail (based on having coffin nails when I came in) and proceeded to file my nails to the point where they were way too skinny and. And because of the over filing, he filed the color completely off the sides and also cut my finger and near my cuticle. There was no apology, I just kept bleeding. My nails were uneven and crooked. I was still made to pay full price, was rushed the whole time, and he wouldn’t let me wash my hands and made me leave with cuticle oil all over my hands. This is the worst place I have EVER been to. I immediately went somewhere else to have my nails fixed, because they were literally that embarrassing.

This was absolutely one of the worst manicures that I have ever received. The gentlemen doing my service kept looking at his phone, made me bleed, filed away most of the color he put on, and left several of my nails lumpy! I’m absolutely done with this place. I went once before and the service was so-so. Tried to give them another opportunity and they messed up worse this time. What’s even worse is that they can’t color in the line 🤦🏾‍♀️. Please, please, please for your sanity and mine, do not go to this nail salon! I don’t know who these 4 and 5 star reviews went to, but it must have been on a good day.
