I went here for the first time last week. My first experience, I was greeted kindly and had good conversation while getting these nails done. I’ve had dip for years but wanted to try a new salon closer to home. I noticed the coating was thinner than normal but chalked it up to a new place. However, less than a week after this set was done I had the pointer finger nail break off up top. Mind you, I’ve had dip for years and never had this happen before. I called and asked if they’d fix it, to which they said yes but told me to be more careful. I noticed the break after driving. I was not doing anything rough to the nail to cause the break. You won’t find a nicer nail salon, run by the sweetest family! Call ahead and you will be their number one priority! These people are the best! Gentle touch and so very kind! And they keep this salon very clean and beautifully decorated, such a relaxing atmosphere!!! A true Cape Coral gem❤️

Absolutely loved my experience!! Got ombre dip nails, vivian was so nice and personable!! Very clean and just felt very welcoming, my new home for nails!!!

Please DO NOT go into this salon. The owner/ nail tech at the front is extremely unprofessional and rude. She does not speak to potential customers respectfully nor does she seem to care how she is clearly bringing her business down. She will yell at you and raise her voice when talking down to you. Save yourself the TERRIBLE customer service and go somewhere else. I can see why they have lost clientele and are always empty now. So very sad !

Awesome service. While on vacation out of state, I had a horrible dip service. Today the tech took her time and corrected it. She was careful to not cause additional damage to my nails. I will definitely be going back!!!!!
