Made an appointment and was taken back immediately. They were very kind and professional. Did a great job with my nails after I had a bad experience with another salon. Guaranteed that if anything happens in a week or less they’ll fix it on them. Which is really nice. David did my nails and he was very kind, though I wanted to simple designs and he wasn’t able to do them (photo attached) petal details on the sides is really all I wanted but he offered to get me to someone else who could, but it would be more of a wait so I just went with solid color with chrome. Still very pretty, feels very secure and good quality for the price they charged.

My daughter and I came here and the service was exceptional! Alexa did my French manicure and she was wonderful! My daughter also loves her nails that Vicki did.We have found our new place to get pampered! 💅💅

I've been going to see Kelly for a little over 2 years now, and i wouldn't want to see anyone else! She is by far the best nail tech i've ever had! She is so sweet, always makes me laugh and makes sure im comfortable! Now let's talk about nails! I am a mail carrier and deliver to over 1800 houses a day. With packages ranging from 1-100 pounds, kid you not my nails WITH STAND IT. from having to beat on mail boxes when frozen, to the dirty mail, my nails never look any different then when i walked out! And my grow out is absolutely absurd, i've gone the past 2-3 months only seeing her 1 time and i have no lifting, designs still look the same, and my nails are SO healthy! came here for multiple apts even took my daughter and my bd. I absolutely love it here. the work and quality is always top tier and top notch. will be coming back and ofc as you can see i have been coming back. 10/10 would recommend. also love that they have a 1 week policy.

I can’t even find the words to express how happy I am with the service I received from VIP nails. Everyone was so nice. Communication was excellent. I had walked in with just a few photos of reference, And the technician went above and beyond to try to make me happy and give me what I wanted, and more.
