LOVE ITT!! Have been going here for years! Moved to downtown and still make the commute because this shop IS THAT GOOD! Literally will not go anywhere else. The people are always so accommodating and sweet. The nails never fail to impress, are always above and beyond and the attention to detail is immaculate! I have no idea why there are negative reviews. Have never once had a bad experience here.

Went here for the first time today, had one person who did my toes and two other people worked on my nails…exceptional attention to detail! Also, I switched what color I was gonna do for my fingernails half way through, and they were more than accommodating, and helped me brainstorm so my new idea would end up perfect, too! The toenail color is a literal PERFECT match to the picture I showed. Nails are shaped consistently, cuticles trimmed cleanly, and the polish goes all the way to the trimmed cuticle without any of it being on the skin-can tell it’s gonna hold up super well over time. Great experience and will definitely be back! Edit: While I was washing my hair today, all the hairs started catching under the cuticle side of the gel and pulling it up. V sad about this cuz I really like

My nails turned out awful to the point i have to get the completely re done, they are chunky and un even and VERY thick, the designs are done very poorly, and nail polish was left on my hand when i left. Not only that she charged me $80 for them and they are worst nails i’ve gotten.

Not a good experience. :( I only get a pedicure maybe once or twice a year and this was a gift from my boyfriend to get one today. I paid for a deluxe pedicure, my nail tech was an older lady. I asked her if we could file my nails so they were all the same length, and she said ok. I feel like my callouses weren’t really worked on much, and right after the paraffin wax she went straight for the polish without cutting or filing my nails, so they are all different shapes and lengths :( I had to stop her and ask again if we could file them first. She did a tiny bit but they are still completely uneven. Some are rounded, some are square and they are different lengths. There was no cuticle oil or moisturizer used so my toenails look dry and crusty. She also didn’t paint the top edges of the toen
