I had such a great experience at VIP Nails Spa! The salon was clean, welcoming, and the staff were super attentive from start to finish. I got acrylic nails with detailed nail art, and they turned out beautifully. The shape, the design, and the overall finish were exactly what I wanted. They took their time and paid close attention to every detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next set. Highly recommend!

I requested an acrylic set with a gel cateye polish. Really loved how it turned out! Coco, the nail tech was very warm and efficient. I also was really excited to find a salon that is more affordable. I paid about $30 less for this set compared to what I paid at another salon in the same area for a similar service.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Price I recently visited this nail salon and, unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service. The quality of my nails is subpar; the lines are crooked, the French tips are uneven, and what should have been a relaxing experience turned into a frustrating three-hour ordeal. For $120, I expected a much higher level of craftsmanship. Regrettably, I don't feel that the service I received warranted this price. I would appreciate it if the owner could address this issue and correct my nails at no additional charge. Communication is essential, and I hope to resolve this matter amicably. Nails done by Kay

You’re better off doing your own nails. Each time I’ve gotten a pedicure, I’ve had to come home and clean up my cuticles more or fix the polish since they didn’t take it all the way to the edge. Most recently, I went in for a pedicure and they will do anything to upsell you. If you want their standard pedicure, they will keep bugging you to upgrade. So I upgraded in the hopes of getting a better result but that didn’t work. I tried to communicate that my cuticles needed to be cleaned up more since I saw hang nails literally on multiple toes and dead skin on my pinky that she didn’t buff. She said she would take care of it but then by the time she’s doing the polish, I still saw the dead skin. I told her to please clean it up and she said she couldn’t do anymore.
