Vip Nails & Spa

So first off, my nail tech and me didn’t speak at all, which I know is probably weird for a lot of people, but we just vibed in silence and I took the time to just relax and not think. Second, I absolutely loved the color selection, and staff. Everyone was very kind, seemed very thoughtful, and easygoing. The price seemed to be about the same as other salons, I do like the convenience of this one and how I can go shopping before or after getting my nails done. My own personal thing, I do wish I had spoken up and maybe she could or couldn’t fix the issue, but the paint didn’t cover wall to wall. It’s only bothering my OCD, but in reality it’s a good job and she didn’t file me to death or cause any pain that she could personally control.

Jenny was SO sweet and kind, very personable and i enjoyed my whole experience with her. we talked the whole time, i felt so relaxed and she was so gentle with my bitten nails. she gave me the BEST nails i’ve ever gotten from VIP!! she absolutely rocks!!! i can’t wait to come back to her!!!

Ive been going to vip nails since January 2025. Ive tried several techs but was never satisfied with the work. I finally found a tech there that does good work. But my most recent visit on November 5, 2025 this specific tech wasnt available and wouldn't be available for a couple months due to surgery. The front desk suggested a different tech stating her work was just as good as the one I usually request. I decided I give her a try since it was a simple fill in. On November 30, 2025 while shutting my car door my pointer finger and index nail came completely off. Upon inspecting my nails I saw both nails were green 🤮. Yep, a bacterial infection on my nails had set in due to an improper seal of the acrylic to my nail at the top of the nail ( which I didnt notice prior, i am also very dilige

Great incentive offered currently to get my nails done here today but do you see why saving $ actually cost me? Not finished or clumpy gel polish depending on which nail you're looking at. Sadly, this was the technician's 2nd try too. Im going on vacation so i'll either have to pay another salon to atleast take the polish off or feel very self conscious. On top of that, perhaps because she had such a challenge giving a manicure so time was ticking, the massage was ridiculously lacking. Horrible waste of time & $. ... Nice looking venue though.
