Excellent if on blood thinners! I have been going here for about 5 years now. They do my nails exactly how I need them for protection doing house work and when going out (I have paper thin finger nails and talons for toe nails 🤷🏼‍♀️🥴). I used to get my face waxed too but am on Drs orders to wait. They are like a Ninja on the hair, always done perfect. Yes, I know my nails are flashy this time but... I just got outta the hospital and am celebrating life. 🕊️ They were so careful, always are but "extra" knowing I'm on, blood thinners now. They have clean equipment and wear masks; even have plexiglass at each station. All the colors. I usually get solid black with sparkly burgundy tips. Hardly ever loose a nail and I use them to open boxes and as tools everyday. Lol. They also do your nails up

TERRIBLE MANICURE! The man, who makes appointments, and is the owner; sits at first front desk, did an awful job with gel polish on my fingernails! I pointed out the gloppy unevenness on a thumb nail and he insisted he couldn't see anything wrong. When I insisted he smooth it down, he just put more polish on it. When I got outside and could see how bad ALL my nails look, I went back and he made an appointment for me to come the next day. When i went in he just lightly dremeled my nails and painted them. The tips are still ruggedly finished, despite my pointing it out, and his insistent remark that "I know my business!" The paint over my cuticles is another example of sloppy work.

I have been using VIP for 7 years. Great service and extremely clean. Recommend highly
