I’m giving a 2star only because I absolutely loved my pedicure. My nails on the other hand came out mediocre. First I specifically asked for my toes to match my finger nails. I had gel on my toes. Everything was going perfect. Mia came in to do my Nails(1st visit with her). I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been trained on nails so I know when people cut corners. I came in for a full set, she convinced me to get powder. I explained that I don’t believe the red in the powder and the red in the gel will match. I kept telling her the powder was burnt orange not red. She tried to convince me that it was red. I’m a colorist, I promise this is burnt orange. She kept doing my nails anyway. I absolutely love coming here! Mai has been doing my nails for years & I trust her to take care of my nails time after time. They truly treat you like family and everyone is so sweet. Vibe Nail Spa is a clean, friendly salon with skilled nail techs and a good variety of services. My full set and pedicure came out great — definitely worth the price. Mai did an amazing job on my nails! Exactly one month later and my nails still look amazing.

Updated to reply to manager on 10/22/25 - This is a lie, I was charged for brows, and did not receive anything free. The 10% discount is given to all customers that day. I was charged for a full set although I only needed a fill in, your tech involuntary took my nails off without telling me what was going on, I asked for a fill in and not a full set, my nails did not need to be taken off. This is sneaky and deceitful. Do NOT trust this place. I noticed many other imperfections after a couple of days. And Mai is beyond rude, I’m sure someone will get physical with her one day if she does not learn to respect the customer. I love getting my Gel X nails done. I’m very convinced that there is not a design that I can throw with them that they have not been able to do. They work with glitter they work with gold. Poli and I have been to a lot of nail salon salons from Jacksonville all the way to Orlando Orlando and I have asked you do foil and everyone has pulled me no. Excellent customer service excellent service in general. The pedicures are top-tier. 100% recommend the place.
