Vip nails

I left the salon LOVING my builder gel nails. They were absolutely stunning. However they lasted one week before they all started breaking off!!! I am so disappointed given these cost me $70. Won’t be returning. **update** I understand nail retention varies for everyone. I’m not new to the nail world. I have had builder gel from multiple salons and have never experienced the nails breaking off in the middle. Let alone after 7 calendar days. It’s absolutely ridiculous that as an owner you are trying to justify why the nails only lasted a week instead of trying to address the situation. Press on nails from Walgreens last longer and cost $10!! Leaving an honest review should make you want to improve your business not get defensive. I now understand why your reviews are so poor. I haven't got my nails done in years for many different reasons: 1. Anxiety 2. The designs I like are hard to do and I'm picky 3. $$$$ 4. Last time I did I ended up getting a fungal infection shop here in Woodland. A friend referred me to VIP nails specifically Nina. I am highly impressed with Nina's skill, the price is affordable and the quality is good. Nina was fast and efficient to the point and takes pride in her work. I have tried VIP nails before and I don't know why I haven't been coming here because I love this place. I was scheduled today for a full set and a pedicure but, didn't have time to get the pedicure done I'm super bummed about that. Definitely will be going back to get my pedicure and I'm excited because I found my nail place. Give VIP a try

I love VIP nails! Everyone is so friendly. I have been going to Nina for over 5 years. She is awesome!! My nails always look great. I get so many compliments about my nails. So many colors to chose from. I am a very happy customer 😊

I love VIP! So many colors and styles to choose from and the staff are always friendly. The shop is clean and organized. My nails are always so cute! Nina is one if my favorite nail techs, but others there have also done a great job. Call to make an appointment, call if you are going to be late, and week days are better if you want to avoid crowds. Masks optional.

I never do review’s unless I feel like it should be either really bad or good in this case I thought I’d give it another try I usually go to the one next to Costco for a dip powder they do fantastic and it’s does not take more then 1hr I came here she insisted for me to do gel I said no I want exactly what I have French tip she said no full color I agreed it took almost 2hrs they are uneven not shaped correctly and the color is not fully coated I told her I wanted square they do. Not look square at all more like oval and really uneven I am really disappointed
