Vista Spa & Nails

I came to fix ONE nail and I got this result: a short nail and a different color. I have been a customer since I moved to Sierra Vista and now they just lost me. Respect your customers, this is not the right way to keep the business.

This was my first time at Vista Spa & Nails, but it's my daughter's favorite with Tina. I'm visiting her here for 3 months and will return to this spa. Kenny did the most fabulous leg massage and a wonderful job on the medium priced manicure. Then Kim gave me a detailed manicure and change of dip nails. We got there for 9:00 am appointments and thank goodness we did! This was the Friday after New Year's and very quickly the place filled up and walk-ins were told to come back in an hour! It took exactly 2 hours for a medium pedicure and a change of dip nails with manicure. But the BEST thing was the price!!! $65 total before tip! I pay $85 in Tacoma, WA!!!!🤯. Heidi is amazing! She takes her time and always listens to any questions! All of the other staff are also very kind and respectful 😊 I always enjoy going there

My wife went here today. Charged her for a manicure and pedicure. She had to ask them to do every part or they would have skipped it. She also felt like she was being treated differently from other customers. She was asked several times if she was sure she could pay for the services.

So my experience has been nothing but great until now. I was given a hard time because I left and came back due to really not liking them. I plainly asked if I could get them removed and be refunded the amount for the full set. As I was given a hard time, they continued to bash me for walking out and coming back. They removed them but gave me a voucher. I will not be back.
