I ended up booking a last minute appointment here just TWO days before New Year’s Eve. I booked my 10 a.m. appointment at 6:40 a.m. all online. I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment just in case no one got the early notification of my booking. Vi greeted me at the front already knowing what I was getting done. I had tried at home highlights the night prior and it didn’t go as planned. I had black box dye in my hair from a couple of months. Vi went over every detail throughout the process. She had an assistant named Mercy (or Merci) who helped her the whole time. With the both of them working together they made sure everything came out evenly. I Had an awesome experience here and they are so welcoming and friendly. they talk to you about life and sports unlike other shops were it’s silent and you just here the buzzing of the clippers. they all have great relationships with eachother which really brings a vibe out while getting a cut and Oscar and John are the GOATS.

Went last week to get a haircut. Zach does not know how to listen to simple directions. I asked for fade with no skin fade and half an inch off the top. He did a skin fade and cut way too much of the top. Very disappointed and will not be coming back.

I had a wonder experience. They listened to what I wanted . Very accommodating. Maggie did a beautiful job with my hair....I have gone back twice since my original review and each time I fall in love with the location even more. The staff is friendly and not pushy . When I went in December there was a huge customer appreciation celebration and I was allowed to share in the festivities even though it was only my second time. This is definitely my new salon...
