Viva Nail Salon

I went to Viva Nails tonight and had a fill-in done by Lucy, and honestly, it was such an enjoyable experience! The salon was clean and welcoming. Lucy was really kind and attentive. I showed her a design I liked, and she replicated it perfectly! I appreciated how gentle she was the whole time no no pain when filing down, and she checked in to make sure I was comfortable with how the design was going. The price was reasonable; I paid $70 for my fill-in with design on all fingers, which I thought was totally fair for the quality and care she put into it. I left feeling really happy with my nails and the service overall. I’ll definitely be going back and would absolutely recommend Viva Nails (and Lucy!) to anyone looking for a great nail experience.

I've been going to this salon for almost 3 years now. I love it, the colors to choose from are amazing. Everyone is so friendly and for the most part I don't have to wait long. However, there have been two times now I've been less than happy. I don't know everyones name, this particularly gal sits at #6. I was just in a few days ago. She's just horrible. Both times, she is in too much of a rush, has the tools up entirely too high that it just hurts. My nails burn, or hse cuts me with either the roll or a file. If I say something or flinch (like your automatic reaction is), it just make it worse. My nails were not even, they were very rigid and sharp. I had to re-file my nails at home. They weren't the correct shape, very awkward almond. The polish is lumpy, bumpy and not smooth at all. I

I love going here. I normally get my nails and eyebrows done. They are very polite and do a wonderful job. No wait times. I always get my nails done by the guy there. He is very good at what he does and conversations are amazing. ( I’m sorry I don’t know his name.)The place is very clean as well. Here are two different times I got my nails done there.

I am just absolutely blown away with how well my nails came out!!!! Never in my life had I had such amazing service getting my nails done!! I have a messed up pinky finger where part of the tip is missing and causes the acrylic to curve down and it just looks funky!!! But Andy actually took his time and made sure to pay extra attention to my pinky and made it straight to match my other nails!! 💅🏼 😇 hands down the best place to go! They really value their customers and want everyone to be happy!!! 😊

My powdered dip didn't last a week, I had to go back for two nails and now there are other bad nails. Never again! No hot towels, no hand massage, didn't deliver the service that is expected of any nail salon. Run don't walk to another salon and read the reviews.
